Connecting my p990i

Hi,

I am trying to connect my p990i to my computer,

Having successfully  installed the software programmes from the CD supplied and plugged in my phone using the USB cable, then running the Connection Wizard, I get the message "No connected mobile device found"

Can anyone help me please?

hie - iam having even a bigger problem  -- the C  button, touch screen and the other buttons on the keyb/d do not work  - how do i reboot or reinstall

hope u can help coz i have tried everything
