Batter drains while charing. HELP

im charging my phone and video calling at the same time. My phone drains faster that it charge! 

its a serious issue because most of the phone dosen't have this problem. please advice

Same as mine then the second option should fix this problem try it again and this time try to keep holding both button for more than 5 sec remember hold both buttons at the same time if the screen turns off then it failed if the volume increased its failure as well so if u hold them both togather non of them will work and insteatd of that the phone will restart

now thats really wierd cause I tried it and it worked even took me 5 sec 😕

i start it up manually. i hold the power button and volume+ button together for more then 5 sec, is it correct ?

It is sufficient,the same for me and no problems.

yeah it will shut down from it self but first it will vibrate quickly 3 times then it will shut down if it's not gonna restart then do it manually and see if this gonna fix the problem or not..

it charges normal if im not using the phone. but i think video call is very bettery consuming because it uses wifi+camera+display

He repaired with SUS and it did not fix the problem.

well using the phone while its charging is very dangerous especially when yousing it for calling I usually unplugged the charger from the phone when I use it for call or something else so my advice to you is to do the same not just for sony's mobiles no for all sort of mobiles cause its dangerous and might kill the battery too...
