excessive heat

Hi, I have recently started using my Z1 as a replacement for my old satnav. As the battery life is already rubbish I need to charge the phone while it's operating. However I have today noticed an excessive amount of heat building up in the device where the phone became to hot to hold. Obviously this is not normal and wondered if anybody else has these
issues.

Yep,I had this issue at the beginning too,it gets so hot that the phone wont be able to charge properly and instead of charging it drains out quickly also the phone will warns you that the phone is not charging properly,after I rebooting the phone it start charging normaly again but later the same issue happened and I notice that there is an app is the cause of that and drains the battery very quickly so I removed it and the problem fixed ! the app was mombogeine lol.

how ever restart your phone and see if anything changed , or check your apps ! :smileysmileythumbsup:
