im charging my phone and video calling at the same time. My phone drains faster that it charge!
its a serious issue because most of the phone dosen't have this problem. please advice
What charger are you using?
original dock charger and usb cable from sony. which is included when i bought the phone
The case where the phone is discharged when charging is when it gets so hot that the charging practically stops to prevent damage.Is it that hot?
its not that hot. My phone is still charging but i get a messege saying that my phone is draining faster then it charge and asked me to stop using the phone while charging. its annoying other brands like Apple donsent have this kind of problem!
Try to charge in safe mode:

can i still video chat using safe mode?
Safe mode will disable all 3rd party apps.
well im using hangout.
i have been observing for 10 min, the battery still drains while im video calling and cahrging the phone
