Batter drains while charing. HELP

im charging my phone and video calling at the same time. My phone drains faster that it charge! 

its a serious issue because most of the phone dosen't have this problem. please advice

Probably the charger that comes with the phone is only 1A, that charges the phone quite slowly.

Try a tablet charger, like an iPad charger (I used to use that for the Z1 and charged much faster) because they supply 2.1A instead of 1A.

You can find 2.1A chargers in any electronic store.

no luck for the first methode.

i've tired the second one but it dint restart automatically, so i start it up mannually.

i have the same toughts too.

will it damage my battery if i use apple charger or other charger with higher amps?

No,no problem with amps.Just do not use more than 5V chargers.

well..thats odd if nothing changed then just reset the phone its the best option !

still the same. i think there is something to do with the charger, it cant cope with my usage althought is just video chatting.

My charges is 5V 1500Ma (1.5a), its still not sufficient for my phone?
