Charging issue

Have some charging issue, which seems software for 90% sure.
When the phone is plugged to the charger and I kepp playing around menus with it, every operetion like open menu or, close application the green light and charging logo dissappears. I've checked the cable and it's mounting and everything looks stiff and good, moving cable around when the phone is in sleep mode, the green light doesn't turn off, only when I turn on the screen and play around, the charging goes off for 2 to 3 second to go back again. this happens to PC connection like also direct AC/DC charging.. 
What might be the problem.
the system was reinstalled after .314 update (whipped clean to stock).
the cables are original from Sony package,
No task killers installed (stamina mode ON)
Any ideas?

Did you try safe mode?

Also,have you tried another wall socket?

I've tried all home sockets and also a PC antisurge socket..
Safe mode the phone does exactly the same...

New stuff dicovered:
The charging blinks ON/OFF only  >90% (green light), have playied 8Ball game in morning with 77% of accu and plugged it in to charge before going to work. Orange light kept working all the time. It looks like something that android does when the accu is over 90%, maybe some safe charge or something. When the phone is under 90% charged the notification of charging doesn't go OFF. 
Maybe it's Z2 built itself... I don't know, none of the users reported that or tested if they have the same, so can't tell if I'm the only one.

Orange/Red light charging and playing around - OK
Green light + playing - charging delays and blinking.

It's not a wery big thing cause I'm charging in 70% situations when I'm sleeping, but charging over day and seeing the blinking is annoying and I'm worried if something is wrong with the accu or charging section.

After 90%, from what I know it slows the rate of the charging itself because after reaching 100% it slowly discharges-recharges so the battery is not damaged.
