Earphone doesn't work on XZP after update build number to version 45.0.A.7.137

About 5 hours ago, I updated the build number to version 45.0.A.7.137.  And I found  that whenever I was trying to to plugin the earphone still the sound came from mobile's speakers.

I try to restore my XZP to factory settings and clean the 3.5mm input. But it does not work.

But my earphone work normally before the update and now it is still work on my PC.

@KT5 does the same thing happen in safe mode?

Oh thanks! It went back to normal in safe mode!

@KT5 if you reboot and the issue persists then it's caused by some app you've installed, as safe mode temporarily disabled those.
