Dedicated dual SIM slots in XZ Premium

Why hasn't Sony designed the XZ Premium Phones with dedicated Dual SIM slots and a dedicated Micro sd card slot? With the 2G connectivity shutting down gradually SIM 2 with a 3G or 4G connectivity would be greatly appreciated as well!! Hybrid slots severely compromises the storage issue as well as the design

@Goldflower since end of 2015 and beginning of 2016 there is this trend where every OEM, including Sony, Samsung and many other big names out there, decided to remove the dedicated dual sim slot and adding the hybrid one. This does not only cut production costs but allow manufacturer to use the space for the 2nd slot to add other components such as more powerful antennas, bigger camera modules or expanding a bit the capabilities of batteries. Think about iPhones and now Google, they also cut the headphone jack used by millions of people: They will have to swap their headsets for bluetooth's ones or buying dongles. Now that is probably a worst case scenario rather than us having an hybrid sim slot.
