At the latest update (47.2.A.6.30) the call list was cut short of the week before the update. Older calls are still preserved in the list - just calls in the last week up to installing the update have been cut.
I´ve been using SMS Backup+ for almost a ½ year and through a number of updates without any problems. Calls in the week leading up to the update have been backed up but are now missing in the call list.
But you are using the official Sony Phone app, right? You made a backup using a 3rd party app but the Sony Phone app failed on the contact log, is that it?
I'm using the official Sony Phone app and the menu entry 'Call history'. That list was cut short by calls in the week leading up to updating the phone. Older calls are still in the list. The 3'rd party backup app did have the 'missing' calls (and the older). This app does a daily backup of calls and Messages (SMS).
