You can change the layout of the SwiftKey keyboard if you go to Settings > System > Language & input > On-screen keyboard > SwiftKey Keyboard > Languages > tap the language that you are using and at the bottom, you can scroll through the different layouts and when you find the one you want to use, tap on it.
