xperia T2 frequent restarts and un expected sudden shut down

Dear xperia team,

Its been merely 3 months since i've purchased this handset..but already started facing frequent automatic restarting issue.. Inspite of getting the software repaired (as per the servie center..it is.... But as per me..it was mere factory reset and nothing else..) it was still giving the same problem till date untill it un expectedly had a sudden shut down and now i am helpless.. Considering the extended weekend ahead..the centres are closed as well and i m rilly fed up now.. Even the battery is not detachable whenever it hangs..need to wait untill the battery dies whenever it is hanged..

But this time..its a complete black out.. Neither able to charge it nor able to start it..

Pls help... Ask someone to talk to me immediately to resolve this...else issue me a D O Letter.

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

I suggest that you hold down the ON/OFF button + volume up(+) for 5-10 seconds and you will force a shutdown/restart. If the phone reacts to this, you can boot your phone into safe mode afterwards to see if you experience the same behaviour:

Firstly lemme tell you that's now how the safe mode works..after long pressing the Power off option (pop up that comes after pressing the power butthon) the safe mode is activated..

I have tried using it.. Phone doesnt hang for a while.. But can i or rather shud i use it for 2-3 days to experience whether it hangs/restarts or not.. I am absolutely in no mood to take my cell phone to service centre...i have no trust upon them..firstly they waste complete day or two.. And return it without mere upgrading the software.. Do they think customer is a fool or what? It is really disgusting to deal with such kind of executives.
