Speaker problems - Xperia SP

hello... could someone pls help me with my phones speaker... when i get a cal or make a cal i cant hear... my speaker is not working... when i put the speaker on by which i mean louds speaker i can hear but when i put to my ear i am unable to hear.. is there a solution to it....??.... pls help me asap.

I have just experience it last night. After i plug out from my earphone. What i did was restart the phone and plug in the earphone and let the music plays awhile then plug it out, it works back. Also try to use Xperia Diagonistic. Since it helps diagnose any problem

no.. but then i am not using headphones.. without it i am unable to hear when i make a cal or get a cal...n from where do i get the diagnostic??

i can hear the music on handsfree... but on cal i cant hear the other person talking... kindly help soon.....

hey... thanks a lot.. problem solved... i just tried hearing songs through my headphone n then made a cal... i could hear this time... thnaks  a tonne......

No problem pal. Its firmware problem i guess.
