SP frozen with dim black but lit black screen

My SP froze while I was asleep and it was charging, it won't switch off or reset, I've tried the simulated battery pull, I've tried removing and replacing the sim, I've tried pc companion and I've tried the "OFF" button under the cover, what should I do?
