sony xperia u memory not accesible

i attach my sony xperia j to the comouter and it tells me that the memory is not accesible and to check that ive have sim i. and unlocked and also phone to be active not locked and to check for latest version of pc companion ive done all these steps vut still doesnt work

Sounds like something could be acting up with the MTP drivers.

ive tried all the steps but it doesnt work it connect but says that my memory is not accesible and i do not have an option of how to connect it as the only option is mtp
