transfer contacts from nokia lumia 900?

I would like to know how I transfer my contacts from my old Nokia lumia 900 to my new Xperia z2?

I keep doing something wrong. Can't get it working. The lumia syncs the email, but won't sync my contacts and agenda items.
I should be able to say in the installation menu that the lumia syncs everything, or just only email. The lumia doesn't give me that option.

Tried that one already. But it looks like it's one way. Only going into to the phone (lumia) instead of outgoing to other phones...

on your lumia open your phonebook and look under settings, perhaps you can find a way to create a VCF file and then just upload it to your gmail on your Xperia

check under export contacts

Couldn't get anything working. Or I'm doing something wrong.
But had a backup from an even older phone on the pc. And that one did work. But still had to program more than 60 newer numbers manually.....

Not sure if this will work, cause i don't have a windows phone.

But you may try this, is a transfer feature from PC Companion. Fingers cross, hope it works for you.

Try this .

Download PC Companion : http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/tools/pc-companion/

Launch PC Companion > Xperia Tansfer and click start

Select other devices > select nokia and click start.

Read the instruction on screen and follow the steps than cleck next allow PC Companion to read the contact and transfer.
