Issues with home selection screen following upgrade to v. 4.2.2

I have an Experia SOL23 and recently upgraded to Andriod 4.2.2,

Now every time I close an app, I am asked to select my home screen (Basic/Experia), even if I specify to use the Experia screen every time, it still asks me.

Any idea of how I can get rid of this annoying message?

Do you have any 3rd party launcher installed in your phone? 

If not, try to clear data for Xperia home under settings > apps > all > Xperia home > clear data. Restart your device and try again.

The fix seemed to work for a couple of day, but the message has returned.

As far as I am am aware there is no third party launcher installed.

Any other thoughts?
