Okay it started off a while ago I tried charging my phone with incorrect charger not realizing it wasnt the right one and the port came loose. I was stupid enough to try move the charger so it will fit right and eventually it came off. I went to my service provider Bell and they directed me to Cell Rox to have it fixed.
I finished the repairs and a few weeks later I had a charging problem in which my phone will only hold 1/2 percent charge and have the red light problem. The cell phone turns on properly just wont hold charge and wont connect to the wall.
I go back to bell and they send the phone to the repair shop at sony and because I went to another company to get it repaired they woudn't evan look at it and send it back because of liability issue's.
I took it to cellrox again the place I got it repaired and there techs said that its a defualt with xyperia phones and need update on the phone to get it fixed.
I also noticed alot of threads about red light problem with xyperia and only holding charge at 1/2 percent. I'm basically screwed right now and i'm out 700 Dollars. I just want some help with my phone and I want pay fee's to get it fixed if its possible..... Sony only thinks its because the charger came off its unrepairable if it was that case why would it work for almost a month then have the not hold charge problem later.
If there any help I can get it will be greatly appreciated...
