Sony Xperia T wont turn on!

Hi,

I have an issue with my Xperia T, it started when i took my sim out of the phone and inserted into another phone, then when i tried to put it back in my xperia T, my phone won't start up.  It looks like its starting up, it shows the sony logo and xperia, then you see the logo and it looks like its starting, then it hangs up and the phone retstarts and goes back to the sony logo again.  and this keeps going and going for hours without anything happening.

I have tried everything like restarting with holding the power on and the volume up and I have charged the phone fully, and i have tried connecting it to my pc, but oviously because the phone doesn't  start up properly, even the pc companion cannot read and connect to the phone.

please anyone let me know what can be done and why this might be happening.

appreciate it

regards

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

Sorry to hear about your phone.

Can you start the phone if you remove the SIM card?

I recommend that you try making a repair of the phones software using your PC in that case.
First install PC Companion if you don't have it and then go to Support zone -> Software update -> repair.
When PC Companion asks you to connect the phone turned off with vol- pressed, force a shutdown of the phone by holding on/off and vol+ for 10 seconds. Then hold vol- and connect it to your PC.

I have tried this, but its still not working, the pc companion doesn't seem to be able to read or connect to my phone.

please let me know if there is anything else i can do.
