Settings reset automatically after latest update

Hi

I just updated to the newest version on my xperia m. After doing that my settings keep changing back to factory setting. No matter how many times I change it to custom settings, by that I meen the apps and widgets on my start page, it changes back to factory settings. Why? what can I do to keep my settings?

Yes I have now tried doing the same in safe mode, and the result is the same
