album not working

Wanting to save an image to experia on flikr as before recent update but error comes up that the album is working, you can only click yes then the screen returns to the photo edit.

Settings-apps-all-album,force stop and clear data.Retry.

Now the photo fails 'could not upload'

Restart the device and check again.
