The accessories for tablet z2 are compatible with my xperia tablet z?

It depends on what accessories you are talking about.The noise cancellation headphones won't work.

For example keyboards or docks station.

A keyboard should be fine but the dock I don't know for sure.

Sony made a huge improvement on the charging contacts on the side with the new Xperia Z2.  They placed a metal spacer in between each of the two contacts.  There are now magnetic couplers available to attach and charge the tablet without going into the USB jack.   Unfortunately they will NOT work with our older models.
