Hey! I just moved from my stylish SE Zylo to Xperia E1 D2005 a few weeks ago. I have already updated my phone software to 4.3 Jellybean build number 20.0.A.1.21. Since the update, whenever anyone tried to contact me with this phone, I never knew whoever had called me as it only mentioned 'Unknown', so it's very bothering not to be able to know the person who is callling me. Plus, i couldn't call back the number in the call log since the number is 'Unknown'.

I've already tried factory reset, reinstall the software using SUS and PCC.

This shouldn't be an issue as this is one of the most basic feature not even a smartphone, but just an ordinary phone! This literally upsets me as my first impression towards embracing the Xperia range. Yeah, I was thinking maybe I should start with something for a novice Android user like me, and Xperia UI really caught my interest for not only its simplicity, but its beauty and uniqueness, and that's why I begin with Xperia E1! But this problem is just unaccceptable for me and made me regret buying this phone!

Is anyone also facing this kind of problem with this phone?

I don't know what to do anymore and please help me solving this issue ASAP!

Did you get a new SIM and/or renewed subscription for your E1? It looks like your operator has not enabled caller id in your subscription. I recommend that you contact your operator to make sure that caller id is enabled in your subscription.
