No sound from speaker

So since the 2nd last update my phones been doing this but I thought after the latest update it would fix the issue but it hasn't. If I switch my phone off and then back on I get sound out of the speaker but then after a while when I go to play music or watch a video (on Facebook, Instagram or a movie) I have no sound. This is quite annoying because I have to put headphones in or put on speaker phone to answer a call or listen to music otherwise I can't hear anything. I have to keep turning my phone off and on to listen to music

Anyone else having this problem??

Clear data for smart connect and check again.

I am also facing same problem but with headphone, after restart when I insert headphone they works well and when I plugged out headphone and again plugged in the sound comes from mobile speaker not headphone I have to restart mobile each time.
I repaired my firmware with PC companion by using mobile switch off and volume down button as instructed by customer care but problem same ???

Check if the 3.5mm input is clean and if not,clean it using a cotton swab.
