I was traveling cross border last month for 3 days with my xperia Z1 (Android 4.4,2). Before crossing the border, I have uncheck both "Data enabled" and "Data roaming" under "Mobile networks". During the whole trip, I was using WiFi.
The phone bill arrived today. There are a few dozens of roaming data in the size of 1kb to 6kb scattered through the 3 days.
Does anybody have the same experience? And how to really stop the data trainsfer?
