my phone talks

Hello

my phone keeps talking while touching. I'm stuck on language menu and i cannot click on anything because instead of reacting, it just talks. I have no menu, only list of lanuages and i don't know what to do!

Talkback is enabled.To disable it,go to settings-accesibility-untick talkback.To enter somewhere,double tap and to slide use two fingers.
