Reg: App not update and download

Hi,

    I'm using Xperia tipo dual. While i'm updating or downloading new app in my mobile from play store. It shows an error message as insufficient storage but i have 8gb SD card and having free space on internal and phone memory too..

Kindly suggest how to solve this.

All the apps are installed in phone memory,you can check that from settings-apps-downloaded.How much free space do you have there?
