Batter drains while charing. HELP

im charging my phone and video calling at the same time. My phone drains faster that it charge! 

its a serious issue because most of the phone dosen't have this problem. please advice

I don't have any problem with the battery cause I know how to deal with Wifi lol..

hi guys, i just took back my phone from the service centre today.

the staff told me that they have changed the main board of my phone, but the problem is still there the battery drain while im charging and video calling at the same time. any solution? should i try a 2.0-2.1 amp power adapter? im currently using the original 1.5amp power adapter. is there someting to do with it?

No luck, it still drains off. i still cant fingure it out whats the problem. i have 2 concern maybe they didnt really change the main board or the is actually like this

hmm..i think there is something to do with my home power supply. i'll check every wall scoket and keep u guys updated

Hi Everybody,

This happen also, when using hotspot and charging.  The only reason i can think of is the apps working in the background. Like facebook, clash of clans, twitter & etc.

Hope this helps.

P.S. it is also present with Samsung GS5. The reason i can think of is KITKAT 4.4.2.
