Batter drains while charing. HELP

im charging my phone and video calling at the same time. My phone drains faster that it charge! 

its a serious issue because most of the phone dosen't have this problem. please advice

Yes,but it should not discharge anyway,unless it is very hot and it disconnects charging for safety.

my phone do gets hot while using it for video chatting, but i think its not that hot untill it stops from charing the phone.

if i take it to the service center what should i tell them ?

any sort of charging would cause the same issuse and they already mentioned it not to use the phone while its charging unless the charger was wirelss type which is not supporting the Z1 how ever try not to use it while charging and if the phone gets pretty hot then the cause from one of your apps !

im using hangout for video calling. if im not charging it, my batter drains really quick i think it wont last for 2 or 3hours for video calling

heeeh ^^; yeah all phones have this problem lol don't worry wifi and video calls can kill the battery in no time
