Andriod Software Update - Computer only Ubunti linux

My Tablet is telling me there is an udate that requires the use of computer only. However there are only Windows and Mac versions of the updater. How do you do the update from a Linux Computer (In this case Ubuntu 14.04)

You have to use either Windows or MAC.
