KDL32EX403 and KDL40EX403

Hi,

I have a KDL32EX403 with the HD tuner (But no HD transmission in my area yet)

my mother has the KDL40EX403 I looked through her EPG and has no HD channels listed.

looking through the system infomation on the KDL40EX403 she has signal strengths and quality bars but on my KDL32EX403 I just have serial number and firmware version.

We seem to have the same firmware so why do I not have the signal strength and signal quality bars on mine ?

Hi,

Found answer, signal indicators only work when watching Digital channels.

I still had Skybox tuned in on AV channel.
