Filters for Sony 3D Glasses

Hi,

Can someone help me out, I am wanting the filters that attach to the 3D glasses that are supposed to reduce the flickering and ghosting. I tried ringing customer support but they didn't seem to know what I was talking about. Can someone from Sony or someone else who has recieved them let me know how I go about gettign them?

Also how good is the 2D - 3D converstion supposed to be? I dotn have a 3D Bluray yet and dont have the full Sky HD package to get Sky 3D.

Tv is the 46HX803.
