Phone memory full

my phone Hazel J20i memory now have below 1mb available, its mean phone memory space used 99.7%. BUT nothing data  photos, videos, audio n others i save on phone memory. All that i save on memory card. The problem is, why my phone memory still full..?

Probably a memory block which can be often solved by a master reset.Just remember to back up all your phone data on PC/PC suite/memory card before you do this.
