good morning, i recently purchased a blu ray 3d player (BDP-S490) to include the trilogy of spider-man blu ray + the amazing spider-man blu ray 3d. how do i go about receiving these items kind regards.

fill in claim form here and send off with guarantee / order receipt etc and bob's your uncle - they send the paperwork back no problem :
