I have a BDP-S185 blue-ray player connected to my Bravia 32cx523 television. These are linked using HDMI and to make life easier I control both units via the TV's remote control and Bravia Sync.
I can get EVERYTHING to work fine on the blue-ray player using the TV remote except BBC iPlayer. None of the buttons will allow me to navigate on iPlayer at all - I can't move left/right to scroll through the available programmes, or move up/down to access any of the menus. The buttons on the TV remote have no affect whatsoever on iPlayer. All other menus and online services on the blue ray player function exactly as they should.
iPlayer also continues to work fine on my TV so it's not a deal breaker, but I was wondering what the problem might be? Incidentally, both units are on the latest firmware versions.
