I bought my VAIO VGN-Z21WN b4 christmas. Recently my SAFELY REMOVE DEVICE ICON is not showing
on the taskbar so i installed USB SAFELY REMOVE software. Everything is fine until one time I
inserted a pen drive & stopped it using USB SAFELY REMOVE the usual way. The machine slept &
locked after a few minutes, when i tried to log on using finger print sensor the sensor is not
working anymore. The Log on screen for finger print sensor says "Please connect the finger print
reader" logging on with my password has no problem. I tried system restore but to no avail. Please
help how to put back finger print sensor.Anybody experinced this? Protector Suit QL Cannot find
fingerprint sensor device. Im not sure if USB SAFELY REMOVE software is the cause. Please help.
