Z5 Compact - Android is not updating

Hi, everybody!

My Z5 Compact is updated, but Android stay on 5.1.1 version.

I retunded the smartphone to manufactor configuration some times and I have tryed to update directly by the smartphone (wifi) and by xperia companion.

I called to Sony support and they told me to look for a repair service. I don't agree with this, for a while.

Could someone help me?

Maybe that's why. The customization version shows it's a "Service Exchange Unit" and this type of customization doesn't get as many updates are generic ones. My advice is to flash a generic firmware instead, and you can find detailed guides if you search on forums like XDA-developers.
