Mi z5 premium fue sustraído con un envío de camino para reparar a sony no funcionaba la huella solamente funcionaba re bien,bueno pasaron dos meses poniendo quejas y denuncias por lo ocurrido y al fin se disponen a solucionarme el tema me comunican van enviarme un z5 premium negro a la vista llevaba los plásticos dije será nuevo lejos de aquello no era como el mio dorado, lleno de problemas con el encendido cuando dice me apago y ya está ya me paso ese problema 4 veces esta vez parece ya no obedece,el encendido ni responde y menos su garantía pasaron solo 4 meses y me dispongo enviar a que lo reparen .Mi queja con sony España es lo mal que atienden encima te roban el móvil te lo solucionan enviando te uno reciclado y funcionando re mal es lamentable por parte de SONY
