xperia z3 wont work usibg auxiliary in car

Recently upgraded to a sony xperia z3 so far been happy with it until i tryed to listen to music in car and it wont work because it thinks it is headphones i like my music in the car and now i cant listen to it anybody know how to solve this problem thank you

Try Clearing the SmartConnect data.

How to clear data on apps.
From your Home screen

1. Tap the Application screen icon.
2. Find and tap Settings > Apps.
3. Swipe to the All tab.
4. Find and tap on the SmartConnect app.
5. Tap Force stop > Clear data.
6. Restart the phone
