Xperia Z1 camera speckles

In July my Z1 got the black screen and wouldn't restart or do.. Well anything. Having sent it off it got repared and also had the latest update 4.4.4 Since then i've noticed small speckles of colour on the camera after taking pictures and video's. On videos it looks like snow. I have emailed Sony and i'm currently waiting for a reply. I'm so annoyed as i've not even had the phone 6 months. So disapointed. 
Does anyone have idea's of what could be causing this? Also it seems to be more visable once its been uploaded to the likes of Instagram or facebook.

Unfortunatley given that this has occured after a repair I would have to advise that the phone goes back for additional assessment; however please speak with your local  Xperia Care team regarding this.
