usb content not visible on Z2 tablet

Hi there, everyone! When connecting a USB-stick (Sandisk Cruzer Blade 64Gb in this case) I cannot find any content. ES Fileexplorer does not show any content (MP4 films in this case)

Does anyone know about this problem? I am trying to look at films I put on the USB.

What format is this 64gb stick? it should be in either exFAT or forced FAT32

Formatted in NTFS. Will try ExFat. Thanks!!
