talk when touching

I have a weird issue, my friend just bought a new xperia when he inserted the sim card and the phone automatically restarted, when the phone turned on a thing called " talk when touching " turned on with whenever i tap on an application or anything it says the app name then i have to double click to open it ,, i don't know how to turn it off pleas help

Settings - Accessibility then at the top untick Talkback

Please help me i aslo have the same issue by somehow my phone got activated that talk back app soon after tat im not able to access my phone it talks when i touch each thing but nothing gets opened.

Settings-accesibility-untick talkback.Just make sure to drag the notification bar using two fingers and double tap to confirm.
