I installed a certificate and my phone required me to enable a pin code for the lock screen. Now that I wan't to remove the pin code for unlocking my screen the option "disable" or "swipe" are greyed out and I'm unable to choose them. It says "deactivated by admin, encryption policy or credential storage".
What can I do to disable the lock screen pin code, without resetting the entire phone?
To clarify, I still have my pin code, just need to regain my authority.
Appreciate any help or suggestions.
