Hard reset Xperia Z

I need help with my Xperia Z. I chose a pattern to secure my smartphone, but unfortunately I forgot it.

Now the problem: I know my google-Account, but it doesn´t work, although WLAN is on, but mobile data

is out, so maybe because of the mobile data.

I can´t switch it on. So this is the second problem.

The next one is that I can´t reset the device to factory setting by using the software,

because I don´t know the pattern and I can´t get into the menu.

But I also didn´t find an option to do it with hard buttons.

Is there a opportunity to do it ( hard reset )?? ( Power button and volume button...)

(I tried it, but it didn´t work)

Is there an option to solve my problem?

1. Switch on Mobile Data?

2. if 1. doesn´t work:  2.  Reset the Xperia Z to factory settings?

( and secure my data, maybe?)

3.  Reset the Xperia Z to factory settings, without secure my data?

( I tried it with adb, but it didn´t run, because I can´t get onto my phones data!!!!)

( 2. I´m not good with Android

Hi All,

My Xperia Z got hard reset without my knowledge. After that apps not able to update from playstore. What may be the reason for the hard reset, even there is no secure locks in my mobile. Is there any option to get all my songs back

If the songs and other files were stored on SD,you could try Recuva.But I think that an antivirus could be related to this.
