does force shutdown damage battery?

hey guys i want to know if force shutdown (press and hold power button along with the volume up key) may damage the phone cuz i did it around 4 times

Nope it doesn't. It's the same as pulling out your physical battery. All it does is cutt-off power from the battery.

it is safe. the water resistance applies to all buttons as well on the Z as well. even the speakers. basically, the phone as a whole unit.
