Hi I wasn't able to play a certain MP4 video format filmed with my earlier Samsung DC camera, XZP player says video format not supported but other formats like AVI & WMV was converted to compatible format for play back on XZP. Why isn't all MP4 format type files supported or converted by XZP to latest version or where can I obtain a CODEC to play back on XZP? Thx.

Problem solved, I was able to convert old MP4 formats video file to newer updated version with online video converters. Now it's able to play properly on XZP native video player without the need for third party movie player apps, XZP has the ability to convert some popular video file formats to MP4 when transfered from other sources to the phone to be compatible with it's player. There's also a similar feature with audio files as well, but not all formats apply.
