Xperia xz2 - can i upgarde to Android Pie?

Boa tarde. Queria saber se é normal xperia xz2. Importado. 

 Não ter atualizado para o a 9 pie. 

Se não for. Como resolver isso. 

Porque o aparelho apre várias falhas no sistema. E preciso de uma solução. Se poderem mim ajudar agradeço.

Hi again @Bkyxperia99, sorry for the late reply.

The IMEI has been hidden as I asked you to send a private message to me with it, as we do not allow it to be published in threads/posts, due to it being personal information. I can see the edit history though.

From what I can gather from the IMEI number, the device was sold in Sweden and it has a Generic exchange unit software and this software can not be updated as it is not a software that is meant for customers.

Now you have two options.

1. Get in touch with your Local support team so they can help you send the device in to service and hopefully they can flash the correct software on the device.

2. Get in touch with the seller as the device does not have a software that is meant for customers and this will not allow you update the device to Android Pie, or Android 10 when that is released.

I hope that explains why the device can't be updated at least and I hope you find a solution for it.

Android Pie was released for the Xperia XZ2 around a year ago so it you should already have it if you have installed the available software updates.

good night, I'm still waiting for an answer about my device, please help me, see if there is a solution, because this device only has two months of use and cost 2500 reias, and it is very disappointing for me not to receive the update and have to live with these bugs
