My problem is :

When 4G signal is not good, and XZP need to drop to 3G, it will lose signal for a while for both 2 sim card. The same time, GPS also loss signal.

When I am on a train everyday I go to work, and back from work, there are several points that 4G signal is not good, and I think, XZP want to drop to 3G, but I believe a modem reset/reboot occurs, and both sim1 and sim2 lose signal for a while, and then connected again. If I stick to 3G network, no problem at all. And at the same time when lossing connection, GPS will also loss signal.

The 2 SIM cards register to different network from different provider, I think it is impossible their signal become weak at the same position.

Any help?

At the end of the day, I have approx. 15-16% of 'time without signal'.

Daily I have minimum two missed calls when I am not available.

Probably is only struggling to switching between two signals. Hope for fix ASAP or with OREO

4G on the XZP is pretty rubbish.

I wish they would have gone for strength over speed - 1gb LTE is worthless if you can't connect.

I tend to leave 4 G off unless im in a spot i know works, otherwise, as the OP says, there's a period of no service until 3G kicks in

XZP 4G strength and speed is amazing for me. I live in Indonesia and everything is working well.

Russia, Moscow. First operator is Megafon (25002), second is Beeline (25099). Megafon works in LTE-Advanced (4G+). Every 10-15 minutes XZP "hangs" - cannot receive incoming calls, no internet connection, first trying of outcoming call "reboot" modem. GPS loss signal occasionally infrequently - I cannot find addiction. I gave XZP to service 4 times. The motherboard have been changed once, but problem remained. There are links to videos with old motherboard and new motherboard.
