Bluetooth issues since the latest 2 system-updates Sony Radio

So..my Xz2 is already one year "old". my Radio is the Sony MEX-N4100BT, also one year old. For one Year everything worked fine, but since system update "PIE" and the one before , i have bluetooth issues while i play music from my Xz2 about the radio. The music plays and then stops for 0,1seconds. i can't tell how often this happens sometimes every 10seconds sometimes every 20seconds and for like 10% the time it works fine. my girlfriend hasn't this issue with her phone ( samsung galaxy s8 Android 9 "PIE" )

Clean up the mess and lose memory.

You can do that in several ways.

Goto settings -> system -> reset options and reset network settings

Let your radio forget the bluetooth connection as well.

A renewed acquaintance will do both devices well.

This unwanted behavior is common after software updates.
