Doesnt display de contacts on history calls ... Is about some configuration or some problem with android upgrade?????

I am sorry to hear about the issues you are having.

Are you able to provide more information as I am not entirely sure about the problem. Are you saying contacts in the phone do not display in the Call History or that the name does not display?

Please let me know.

Yes i have the same problem whit the history calls. When someone call me, i can't see the name. That problem starts from nougat 7.1.1

I have the same problem with my phone.. When I receive a call I can't see the name, only the number and it doesn't help at all...

Same problem... after android 7.1.1 the name of the contacts doesn´t appear, only the numbers... if I receive a call of one of my contact´s i can only see the number... Even if the number corresponds to a contact in the contact list...

fix -

-Backup ur contacts to SD or to ur Google account and delete all of ur contacts from the device then import them frm the backup which u did previously. Gud luck

Hello! I had the same problem and after my last post a month ago, my photos started to go black...

So I decided to restart my Xperia.. Recently, I have the android 7.1.1 and everything goes fine... My contacts and photos don't have more problems..

If you want you can try the same...

Hi everyone, I found a way to fix this issue: go to Settings>Apps, on the upper right corner touch the three dots and select "Show system." Then go to "Contact storage" in the app list, "Storage" and clear the data and cache. Finally restart the phone.
