hi..
i have this problem where the device is connected to 4G and stated that it is on 4G but when using internet or watch YouTube, it's like a 2G or 3G speed... I live in Singapore and connected to M1 services...
i had this problem once a few weeks ago... it last for a few days and back to 4G speed... at that time, i have contacted my telco saying that it was my SIM card problem...
They try to reach me via call but unfortunately i didnt pick up and i ignore it and the next day, my phone is okay...
Now, the problem come back and i think it is not a SIM problem... i think its the phone problem...
how can i slove this problem?? Should i actually reachthe telco and get confirmation first about my SIM or what??

This can be tested at a repair center but if you would like to do this on your own you can make sure where the problem is located by testing with another 4G network (using another operators 4G sim card).
Do a comparison with an network speed test application such as: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.zwanoo.android.speedtest
